Enquiries and appointments
The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not automatically send or save your details to a website database. You choose whether to send through WhatsApp or your email application. Your message is then handled by that service and our clinic. Enquiry-based appointments are confirmed by our team.
Practo online booking
Our appointment booking page loads the Practo widget supplied by our clinic. Visiting that page contacts Practo to load the booking service. Any appointment details you enter there are handled by Practo and our clinic under the applicable privacy policies. Availability and booking confirmation are provided in the Practo flow. Our enquiry form remains a separate way to contact us.
Keep initial messages brief
Please share only the details needed for a reply. Avoid medical reports and sensitive health information in an initial website enquiry.
Local preferences
The service shortlist saves service names in this browser’s local storage. No patient details are stored in the shortlist. You may clear it using the shortlist controls or browser settings.
Optional analytics
Analytics is currently inactive. If a confirmed Google Analytics property is activated later, it requires your consent. The implementation is designed to exclude personal details, form contents, search text, and condition-specific page URLs.
External services
Phone, email, WhatsApp, and Google Maps links are available for you to choose. These services open when you choose their links. Our contact page also embeds Google Maps; when the map loads, your browser connects to Google to display the clinic location. The Practo booking service loads when you visit our appointment booking page.
Clinic blog previews
Our Insights page loads the latest article previews and images from our public Blogger blog and Google’s image servers. Visiting Insights contacts these services to retrieve public posts. Full articles open on Blogger when you choose their links.
